Plans & upgrades
Choose a plan that fits how many bots and commands you run. You can change plans when your needs change. Specific prices and limits are listed on the Pricing page.
Invoices & receipts
Payment confirmations and billing history appear in your account when your provider makes them available. If something is missing, check the email on your account and your payment method's statement.
Refunds & cancellation
Eligible purchases may be refunded within 7 days of payment. Outside that window, we may still issue a refund based on the situation, at our discretion, and where required by law. Read the refunds section of our Terms of service and related policies in the Policies center for details.
